The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has led us to reimagine the human experience at work. This WCY Forum, titled ‘Humans at the Center: Navigating Work in the Age of AI,’ brings together leaders and innovators to explore how technology and humanity can progress together in this new age.
The first panel examines how leaders can equalize AI skills across the workforce and preserve employee motivation and creative agency while doing so. The second addresses how AI is redefining workforce composition, accelerating skill shifts, and expanding the role of automated decision-making in organizations. Through each panel, the forum aims to spotlight strategies to envision how the adoption of AI can take a human-centric approach.
