Happiness Hacks - Ways to Enrich Your Life with Joy
Celebrate the season of Peace, Joy and Hope, and make new friends at this second installment of Thirsty Thursdays [Online]. Join us to network, exchange Happiness Hacks with fellow alumni and pick up practical tips from our guest speaker Ms Elizabeth Ong (Arts and Social Sciences '14) on keeping a positive outlook.
Ms Elizabeth Ong (Arts and Social Sciences ’14), Positive Psychology Consultant and Coach at The School of Positive Psychology
Elizabeth began her journey in life coaching and meditation in 2015, when she underwent intensive training to become a life coach and attended her first (though not last) 10-day silent meditation retreat. In 2018, she was certified with the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and she also completed a Graduate Diploma course in Applied Positive Psychology. Currently, she coaches both individuals and organisations on the joy and benefits of Positive Psychology, and on related topics such as Psychotherapy and Counselling, Organisational Psychology and Leadership, Child Psychology and Special Needs Education.
