Immerse yourself in a world of rich traditions and diverse blends, as we invite you to experience the nuanced beauty of tea at our Chinese tea appreciation event held at Tea Chapter.

Programme Outline:

1. Knowledge sharing on tea history
2. Introduction to the different types of tea and their characteristics
3. Introduction to the traditional tea set
4. Tea Art Demonstration: steps to traditional tea brewing
5. Tea Art Appreciation: appreciating colour, aroma and the taste of the brew
6. Hands-on session

Tea snacks will also be served.

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration for the event is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
3. Tea Chapter is not halal certified but they do not serve pork and lard on their premises.
4. The venue is unable to accommodate any food allergies.
5. Guests will be seated on the floor.
6. No seating is assigned for the event, so we encourage you to arrive early with your friends if you wish to sit together. Kindly note that we may not be able to accommodate to specific seating requests due to limited space.
7. The venue does not have wheelchair access.
8. The venue does not have lift access and participants will have to take the stairs to event venue on level 3. 
9. Photography and videography will be carried out for archival and marketing purposes. NUS and its event partners may use some or all of these images/videos in their print publications, digital platforms and marketing channels.
10. By registering for this event, you hereby consent to NUS collecting, using and/ or disclosing your personal data to third parties (including any third party located outside of Singapore) for the purpose of processing, handling and managing your participation in the event stated herein.
11.  The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme - including but not limited to speakers, schedule, and content - without prior notice.
12. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control. Registered participants will be notified via email or other means of communication provided during registration.
13. By participating in the event, participants agree to indemnify the organiser from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation.
