Event Details
Join us for a specially curated evening at Ingleside, a modern European restaurant that stands out for woodfire grilling, dry ageing and ferments. At the same time, hear from Head Fermentation Specialist Ms Jana Jusman (Food Science & Technology ’18) who will share insights on her fermentation journey into the culinary world and the Fermentation Lab at Ingleside.

Menu:
- Snacks: Heirloom Tomatoes, Smoked Salmon and Wagyu Tartare*.
- Entrée: Hokkaido Scallop
- Main: Chilean Seabass or Tajima Wagyu Picanha**
- Side: Sourdough bread
- Dessert: Smoked Chocolate Brownie
- Drink: Black coffee or tea
(Note:
- *Venison Tartare will be served if a non-beef option for main course (Chilean seabass) is indicated.
- **Participant is to indicate the choice of main upon registration.
- Participants may purchase additional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks directly from the restaurant.

- NUS Alumni: $80 per person (U.P $150)
Terms & Conditions
- Registration for the event is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and priority is for NUS alumni. NUS alumni will be required to provide details on your NUS alumni ID to enjoy the subsidised price.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Ingleside is not halal-certified.
The restaurant is unable to accommodate any food allergies.
- Seating is open, so feel free to arrive early with friends if you’d like to sit together. Specific seating arrangements may be limited due to space.
- Photography and videography will be carried out for archival and marketing purposes. NUS and its event partners may use some or all of these images/videos in their print publications, digital platforms and marketing channels.
- By registering for this event, you hereby consent to NUS collecting, using and/ or disclosing your personal data to third parties (including any third party located outside of Singapore) for the purpose of processing, handling and managing your participation in the event stated herein.
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme - including but not limited to speakers, schedule, and content - without prior notice.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control. Registered participants will be notified via email or other means of communication provided during registration.
- By participating in the event, participants agree to indemnify the organiser from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation.
