Beyond celebrating, you will need to evaluate the offer, understand the contract terms, assess your motivators, and decide how to accept or decline professionally. This workshop helps you navigate these decisions with confidence and integrity.
Expert trainer Clement Ong will guide you through case studies, breakout discussions, and live feedback sessions to help you handle job offers and salary negotiations effectively.
Participants Will Learn:
- Identify your motivators and evaluate employment contracts and remuneration packages.
- Professionally and ethically manage multiple job offers (Dos and Don’ts).
- Apply negotiation strategies and respond confidently to salary-related questions.
- Understand key negotiation techniques used in the workplace.
- Accept or decline offers gracefully and professionally.
- Handle rejections with composure and confidence.

Clement Ong, the Founder and Director of Lighthouse Pte Ltd, has over 20 years of experience in providing quality and effective career management, career transition/outplacement and executive coaching programs to major MNCs and large listed organisations from a wide range of industries. He works with clients ranging from senior management to support-level employees locally and in the region.
He is a Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) awarded by Workforce Singapore. His designation of Career Management Fellow (CMF) is awarded by the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI), USA. He has also been awarded the designation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Solutions Focused Coach (CSFC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), USA and Canadian Council of Professional Certification respectively. Clement facilitates career skills workshops with the major universities in Singapore.
