Ms Dhanya Balasubramanian (Engineering '13)

Dhanya leads first-party CRM and Loyalty strategy and execution at The Wendy’s Company, within the digital marketing team. She is a marketing leader with deep international experience in QSR and Retail, at the intersection of commercial growth and brand building. Previously, she has led CRM & Delivery business at Burger King, merchandise planning at Zalora, store operations at Uniqlo Singapore. Dhanya is an engineer from National University of Singapore and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
Dr Peter Allen
Managing Director, Allen Strategies LLC
Peter Allen brings IQ, EQ, and broad professional experience to his coaching practice to help clients gain clarity and critical insights into themselves and others. Based on these insights, clients are able to change their understanding of themselves and others in ways that help them become more successful, more effective, and happier.
Peter’s clients include leaders in a variety of fields, including technology, finance and private equity, health care, small-to-medium enterprises, education, and the arts.
Peter’s professional experience spans tech, private equity, venture, financial services, management consulting, and higher education. Previous employers include McKinsey, Google, Standard Chartered Bank, Booking Holdings (the world’s leader in online travel), as well as private equity and venture firms. Peter has worked on inclusion and diversity throughout his career, focusing especially on LGBTQ issues.
Peter holds an M.B.A. in strategic management from Wharton and a Ph.D. in the humanities from the University of Chicago.
Mr Willie Wee (Business ‘16)
Customer Success Business Partner, Anaplan
During the pandemic, Willie relocated to San Francisco to immerse in its dynamic startup ecosystem and joined a Series A data analytics start up.
Now based in New York City, Willie works at an enterprise software company where he advises Fortune 500 life sciences companies. His career trajectory, spanning nimble startups to a global corporation, offers a unique perspective on navigating the tech landscape and building a successful career overseas.
Outside of work, Willie enjoys playing pickleball and poker, and catching Broadway shows!
Ms Ovidia Lim-Rajaram (Arts & Social Sciences '89)
Chief Alumni Officer, NUS
Ovidia was appointed as the National University of Singapore’s (NUS) first Chief Alumni Officer on 1 July 2023. She is also the University’s first female alumni leader.
In her role as head of NUS’ alumni relations office, Ovidia oversees alumni strategy and engagement, working with the University President, other university leaders and her team to strengthen alumni engagement in Singapore and overseas.
Ovidia sits on the Board of Trustees of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), a US-based nonprofit dedicated to global educational advancement, and is a member of the Alumni Associations Network of the International Alliance of Research Universities (IARU), a collaboration between 11 of the world's leading research-intensive universities.
