Distinguished Senior Fellowship Programme (DSFP) Preview:
As careers evolve and lifespans extend, more senior leaders are asking a powerful question: “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦?”
The Distinguished Senior Fellowship Programme was designed precisely for this purpose: to help accomplished senior leaders navigate their Third Transition with purpose, clarity and impact.
Join us for the DSPF Preview on 10 March (Tuesday) evening at the NUSS Suntec City Guild House, to meet and hear directly from our Fellows who have experienced this journey of reflection and renewal through a 13-week journey with NUS. Gain first-hand insights as they share how the DSFP has shaped their perspectives on leadership, longevity and legacy.
Seats are limited.
Register by 21 February to join us for an evening of conversion, connection and inspiration.
About DSFP:
The Distinguished Senior Fellowship Programme (DSFP) by the National University of Singapore (NUS) is Asia’s first life-transition programme for accomplished senior leaders — a transformative 13-week journey of reflection, reinvention, and meaningful impact.
Designed for accomplished leaders from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, the DSFP helps participants navigate their Third Transition — moving from success to significance in an era of longevity and rapid change.
Anchored in NUS’s commitment to lifelong learning across the life course, the programme blends faculty-led seminars, interdisciplinary dialogues, peer learning, and experiential components, including an ASEAN impact immersion trip and team-based Impact Projects that address real-world challenges.
The inaugural 2025 cohort brings together 21 senior leaders from diverse backgrounds, whose collective projects span domains such as ageing, sustainability, social inclusion, financial wellness, food security and intergenerational cohesion. Each project reflects the Fellows’ shared desire to apply their lifetime of leadership experience toward societal good.
As part of NUS’s broader reimagination of what a university can be for seasoned leaders, the DSFP fosters a vibrant community of peers united by curiosity, contribution and purpose — shaping new possibilities for learning, leading and living fully in a 100-year life.
