Event Details
The 100,000 Trees Programme is part of NUS’ Climate Action Plan 2030 to create a carbon-neutral university and for the cooling of the campus by a substantial 4°C. This contributes 10% to the National Parks Plan to plant one million trees across Singapore by 2030.
In this session, you will be helping to plant 50 trees near AS8. Put on your boots, roll up your sleeves and connect with nature. Enjoy the process of making a tangible impact on the physical landscape of NUS for our future students and mingle with the alumni community.
Also join us for light refreshments at the Shaw Foundation Alumni House (SFAH) after the tree planting session.
