It is a celebration of resilience, passion, and quiet leadership, proving that extraordinary impact often comes from the most unexpected places.

ANGELA TAN
Executive Director
ART:DIS (Arts & Disability Singapore)

Angela Tan is the Executive Director of ART:DIS (Arts & Disability Singapore), a non-profit providing community arts education and professional development opportunities for artists with disabilities in Singapore. She oversees the organization’s three art centres and builds strong partnerships with government agencies, community allies, and arts institutions to promote greater inclusion and representation for D/deaf, disabled, and neurodiverse persons in and through the arts.

VIDYA RAMNATH
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Emerson

Vidya Ramnath is senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Emerson. In this role, she leads comprehensive global marketing, brand architecture, external communications and strategic storytelling of Emerson’s transformation to a focused global automation leader with the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio.

YVONNE THAM
Chief Executive Officer
The Esplanade Co Ltd

Yvonne is the CEO of Esplanade, and serves also on boards of the University of the Arts Singapore, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore International Film Festival and other international arts organisations. Prior to joining Esplanade 10 years ago, Yvonne worked in public sector as Deputy CEO of National Arts Council, in the then-Ministry of Information, Communications, the Ministry of Manpower and the Arts, and as a junior college literature teacher.

JOYCE TAN
Director, Planning and Design Division
Workforce Singapore (WSG)

Joyce is the Director of Design at Workforce Singapore, a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower, where she transforms public service delivery through innovative user-centred design. Her teams develop digital solutions to make career and workforce development more accessible to Singaporeans. As a champion of Lifelong Learning, Joyce was previously a Research Fellow at the Institute for Adult Learning, SkillsFuture Singapore, where she researched how individuals navigated occupational mobility within their career trajectories. Drawing from her user-centric experience in service design and adult education research, Joyce frequently mentors emerging talents, and helps to build resilience in today's evolving workplace.

SILKE VOGEL
Professor & Senior Associate Dean
Duke-NUS Medical School

She holds multiple leadership roles at Duke-NUS Medical School, where she leads the administrative, academic affairs of three PhD programs and fosters student success as Senior Associate Dean of Graduate Studies. As Deputy Director of CoRE, she has driven the implementation of the Centre's strategic goals and Asia's first dedicated academic regulatory training program. She also heads the Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL), aiming to create a comprehensive learning hub for healthcare professionals. Prior to Duke-NUS, Prof. Vogel was an Assistant Professor at Columbia University, where she directed a research lab focused on obesity and insulin resistance and taught Master’s students and healthcare professionals.

OVIDIA LIM-RAJARAM
Chief Alumni Officer
National University of Singapore

Ovidia was appointed as NUS first Chief Alumni Officer on 1 July 2023 and is the first female alumni leader. She leads the alumni relations office, collaborating with university leaders to enhance alumni engagement globally. Ovidia initiated the successful NUS Innovation Forum, engaging alumni and industry leaders in key cities like Manila, San Francisco Bay Area, and Shanghai since 2024.
