Join us for this engaging workshop and learn to take personal responsibility of our longevity. 

The session will be led by Ms Serene Seng (Business’ 98) from Hua Mei Training Academy, Tsao Foundation. Serene is a practising management consultant and professional certified coach. She has been designing and leading work-life integration workshops for corporations and government organisations in over a decade. Serene is also a Financial Management Trainer in the Citibank-Tsao Foundation Financial Management Programme She has worked with different organisations ranging from tech to energy in the past 26 years, in areas of workplace health, financial management and executive retirement planning.

In less than a decade, approximately one in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 or older. Our social-emotional and physical characteristics affect how we age, hence taking care of ourselves goes a long way to ageing well and minimising the need for care dependency. 

This workshop is designed for participants to gain a holistic view of life satisfaction, conduct a self-assessment of stress levels, learn effective stress management techniques, identify some lifestyle risk factors and how to better manage them, and learn more about eating well and staying active.
