• Locations:

• Appointment Booking:

1. Promotion valid for all existing students, staff, and alumni of National University of Singapore.
2. Please inform us of your eligibility when booking and upon arrival. If not declared beforehand, standard rates will apply. Please show staff card, student card or alumni status on uNivUS app. 
3. No refunds will be given for unused parts of a treatment package.
4. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will require a deposit for rebooking, which will be forfeited if cancelled late again.

• Payment Terms:

1. Payment must be made at the time of treatment.
2. Rates cannot be applied retroactively after treatment.
3. Patients are responsible for covering the cost of their dental treatment directly.
4. Rates do not apply to third-party payment schemes (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims).
5. Prices include GST.
6. Strictly no refunds.

• Eligibility:

1. Rates are available to employees, their spouses, and children.
2. Relationships must be declared, and proof of employment provided at booking and registration.

• Exclusions & Limitations:

1. Rates do not apply to consumable items (e.g., medication, oral hygiene products).
2. Rates are valid only for the duration of the partner agreement.
3. The clinic reserves the right to revise pricing or terms without prior notice.
