Wellness and Sleep Introductory Workshop (90 minutes)

Do you have difficulty turning your mind off at night? Do you sometimes have difficulty falling asleep even when you’re so tired? Join this workshop to find out what you can do about it.

This 90-minute experiential workshop will provide you with insights into how to harness the power of sleep for natural rejuvenation, recharging your body and mind for a happier and healthier you.

Using insights from scientific research and practical mindfulness skills, you’ll understand the basis of this frustration, and how subtle changes in your attitude and mindset can transform your relationship with sleep. Through presentations, group dialogue and pair-sharing, this workshop will provide you with the skills to take care of your mind.

This workshop aims to achieve the following:
• Learn what happens in the brain and body when you have difficulty sleeping
• Discover the key habits that might inadvertently be harming your sleep quality
• Engage in guided mindfulness exercises to cultivate mindfulness and gain confidence in your sleep again
• Assess your sleep quality to gain insight into your current sleep health
