NUS works with companies and organisations across a wide variety of industries to offer local and global internship programmes of varying durations.

Consider some benefits of having an internship programme below:

  • Proven, cost-effective method of recruiting and evaluating potential employees
  • Internal hires (including past interns) tend to reach their peak performance faster and with less support because they are familiar with the organisational culture
  • Interns can provide fresh perspectives on old problems and transfer new knowledge and techniques from higher education to the workplace
  • Flexible source of quality candidates for short-term or ad hoc projects
  • Give back to the community by nurturing the next generation
  • Promote cultural and global diversity
  • Increased branding and visibility for the organisation among NUS students
  • Gateway to other potential collaborations with NUS
