The Art of Savouring: Sake-Pairing Masterclass
On 8 July, 80 young alumni tuned in from the comfort of their homes and learned how to unlock the go-to secret on how different sake profiles complement various ingredients.
Organised in collaboration with Sky Premium International, the event was hosted by Ms Charmaine Yee, Radio and TV Presenter, and Mr Chek Wong, Certified Wine and Spirits Educator and Sommelier with 11 years of experience. It was an enjoyable evening of delicious bento, many toasts and fun as alumni participated actively in the game segment and post-event networking session. While unable to fully replicate social interactions in-person, the event was nevertheless a welcome respite for young alumni to network and make new friends.
