Q1. How do I know when is my virtual ceremony?

Q2. How do I submit my photo for the “Presentation of Graduates” segment?

Please upload your photo via the myEduRec (Academics > Commencement Photo Upload) from 2 June to 8 June 2021.  Graduands who do not upload their photos by 8 June 2021 will only have their name, degree and awards (if any) shown.


Q3. What are the photograph requirements?

The photograph requirements are as follows:

  • Must be in JPEG (.jpg) format.
  • The file size must be less than 1 MB.
  • The recommended dimensions are: Minimum of 620 x 620 pixels.


Q4. Do I need to wear my gown for the photograph to be submitted for display during the “Presentation of Graduates” segment?

It is not compulsory. You can choose to wear anything celebratory or formal.
