Close to 80 alumni gained some insights into the various industrial revolutions and what ‘Industry 4.0’ is from the speaker of this workshop, Associate Professor Goh Puay Guan from NUS School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (NUS SCALE) and Department of Analytics & Operations, NUS Business School. They also learned about the opportunities and challenges presented by technological innovation that are blurring the lines between industries, as well as case studies from recent business history and developments.
