LightHouse Residential Life is dedicated to nurturing inclusive communities, fostering social opportunities, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained House. This is accomplished through collaboration with a team of Resident Assistants (RAs), who are student leaders appointed to live-in positions in LightHouse following a rigorous selection process. As an Resident Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the support system for LightHouse residents by ensuring their welfare and enhancing their residential experience in collaboration with Resident Fellows and the LightHouse Residential Life Office.
Resident Assistants will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip them with the essential life skills needed for success in their role. Throughout their tenure, RAs are required to participate in mandatory training sessions geared towards enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness in supporting the residential community.
Only students that have resided or are currently residing in LightHouse are eligible to apply for the role of Resident Assistant in LightHouse for AY24/25.
