Do residents have to subscribe to meal plans?
There are no meal plans available at LightHouse.
What is furnished in my allocated room?
A single-person living space furnished with a single bed, a ceiling fan, a writing desk and chair, a bookshelf, a wardrobe and a mobile pedestal.
What are the common facilities for my use?
Shower and toilet facilities, lounges as well as kitchenettes are located along the common corridors. Kitchenettes are equipped with stoves and other simple kitchen appliances.
What is not provided in my room?
All residents are to bring along their own bedsheet (single size), pillows/bolsters, towels and personal toiletries.
Do I have to pay for room aircon usage?
For residents allocated to rooms with air conditioning system. You are to ensure that the system in your room is functional, you are required to purchase or top up credits via the EVS portal.
Can I apply for the use of portable air-condition and/or appliances?
The use of portable appliances, including portable air-conditioners, mini fridges and fridges may be allowed in certain rooms, subject to available electrical points and Management approval. An appliance charge is applicable.

Am I allowed to use any type of appliance?
All appliances used in your premise have to be labelled with the Safety Mark. This is ensure the safety of our residents and prevent possible power trips.
