In LightHouse, Communities of Practice (CoP) are student-centred groups. You are empowered to connect with likeminded individuals, establish your goals and work towards achieving them with the support of the Residential Life team! In our first intake, residents have established more than 20 Communities of Practice. Communities of Practice established include areas of Sports, Arts, Music, Technology, Volunteering etc., signifying the broad range of interests our residents have. Different communities work towards different goals. While some aim to share and hone specific skillsets, others may choose to focus on student’s well-being or giving back to the society.
As our residents continue to grow and evolve, we are excited to see how the Communities of Practice become reflective of our resident’s development and aspirations.
