Cut off dates for procurement activities and systems shutdown

Dear Suppliers,

Please be informed that the NUS Procurement systems i.e. SAP Ariba will be temporarily unavailable from March 28th, 2024, to April 5th, 2024 for the finalisation of FY2023 accounts. The systems are scheduled to resume normal operations by April 5th, 2024.  

Any invoice submission via Ariba Network during the black out period will be rejected.
