Complete the Modular questionnaire via the link provided in the NUS Ariba email notification. Login with the SAP Ariba account that you have registered with NUS.

Complete all questions and submit.

Attach all requested documents and certificates.

Fill In Additional Questionnaires

You may be notified to complete additional Qualification questionnaires. 

The information to be submitted depends on the categories of materials or services that you are providing to NUS and the region that you are based in.

Complete these questionnaires via the link provided in the NUS Ariba email notification, attach additional certificates and submit the form.

You may receive requests from NUS for additional information or certificates. 

Your Qualification Is Approved

You will receive an email notification regarding your approval status.
