Keeping Your username and password confidential. You shall notify Ariba and NUS immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your username or password. For any instruction, communication, or other information ("Transmission"), Ariba receives from someone using your username and password, Ariba is entitled to consider such transmission as having been sent by you.

NUS shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from any failures in performance of any obligations as a result of events beyond the reasonable control of NUS.
