WellNUS Festival 2026

WellNUS Festival is back!

Centered on the idea of “Care for Self, Care for Others”, Self-Care+ recognises that wellbeing starts with taking care of ourselves, while encouraging us to extend that same care to our colleagues and the wider NUS community.

Through activities, conversations and practical resources, WellNUS Festival invites staff to explore ways to support their physical wellbeing, while fostering a more caring, supportive and connected workplace where we look out for ourselves and one another.
