Staff Employment Medical Examination

Please connect with your respective Human Resource (HR) personnel before proceeding to UHC for your employment medical examination.

No fasting is required for the examination.

The medical examination is strictly by appointment and for staff only. Please proceed to Counter 25 at the clinic to register. Your confirmation email (via email/hardcopy) and a hardcopy of the completed WHMQ form are required at the point of registration.  Do note that the medical examination process will take approximately two (2) hours.

Medical examination appointments and X-ray services are available on the following days and timings:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays:   9.30am - 12.00pm
• Wednesdays and Fridays:   2.00pm - 5.00pm

Please note that there are no X-ray services on Mondays.
We are closed on Public and University Holidays.

Female candidates should note that monthly menstrual cycles affect results of urine tests. Hence, you are advised to schedule an appointment that is five to seven days after the last day of your period.
