Some guidelines for noting:
 

  • Please note that screenings are strictly by appointment only.
  • This event is open to all current NUS staff, students and dependants of staff with a confirmed appointment. Your staff/student card is required at the point of registration. For dependants of staff, kindly produce your insurance card or a photo of your family member’s NUS staff card.
  • It is recommended to observe the following timelines (where applicable) for your health screening:
     - One month after recovery from COVID-19
     - Two weeks after any vaccination administration
     - Six weeks after any vaccination (Applicable for Mammogram/Breast Ultrasound screenings)
  • For participants below the age of 21 (Born in the Year 2004 and after) OR who would like to opt for only ala-carte onsite/offsite optional tests, kindly approach Minmed at https://minmed.sg/contact-us/ to book an appointment or pre-screening consultation (applicable for offsite tests and individuals below the age of 21) at Minmed Health Screeners.
  • If you are unwell or are experiencing any flu symptoms, kindly defer your appointment.
