Room Location
Located at Block 5 Level 2 - R2 Boardroom is an innovative space thoughtfully designed to foster dynamic collaboration among our residents, providing a conducive environment for work, study, and brainstorming sessions.
Interesting Elements
- Technology Usage: Residents are encouraged to make use of the Interactive Smart TV. Simply utilize the provided remote control to turn on the TV and select your desired input source for your device. It's crucial to avoid disconnecting or removing any cables from the TV or other equipment.
- You are welcome to utilize ONLY the White Rewritable Wall at your convenience. However, kindly limit your writing to the whiteboard markers that have been provided; permanent markers or any other writing tools should not be used. Ensure that you erase your writings from the wall before leaving the room.
Booking Instructions (Effective from 7 Feb 2025)
Step 1: Kindly access the availability calendar via the provided link - Boardroom to make your booking.
Step 2: Once you selected the date and time of booking, proceed to input the required details.
Step 3: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. On the day of your booking, please use your resident access card to tap in and enter the room.
Important Note on the Booking & Usage of Music Room
- The boardroom is accessible from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Bookings are open exclusively to PGP Residents (Blk 1 to 14)
- You can reserve the Boardroom for a maximum of 2 hours per booking, with the option to make up to 2 reservations per week.
- Kindly take responsibility for the equipment and furniture within the room, ensuring they are not mishandled.
- No food or drinks are permitted inside the room.
- Prior to leaving, clean the room and treat the furniture with care.
- Turn off the lights and air-conditioning before exiting the room.
- Personal belongings should not be left in the room unless you've made prior arrangements with the PGP Residence's Residential Life Office (RLO).
- Any personal property found unattended will be handled at the discretion of the PGPR RLO; our office will not assume liability for lost items.
- A fee will be assessed for replacing or repairing any resident-damaged items.
- Failure to comply with any of the above guidelines will result in restricted access to the facilities.
