Mails Collection
Regular Semester
The mailbox code will be held by your Cluster Leader, and they will be in charge of collecting the mail for your level. Please note that our Cluster Leaders only collects mail for residents (except for Block 13 & 14 Residents). Block 13 & 14 Residents are issued the mailbox code by PGP Housing Services Office.
Vacation Period
Please reach out to your respective Resident Assistant, and they will be in charge of collecting the mail for your level.
Parcels Collection
Please note that the PGP Housing Services Office or Residential Life Office will not be responsible to collect your parcels. Any uncollected parcels will be cleared after two weeks. The University is not liable for any loss or damages arising from removing the uncollected / unwanted parcels.

If you need to post letters or send parcels, the nearest Post Office is along Pasir Panjang Road.

Please arrange for your parcels to be delivered to the respective mailbox address of your block. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection (subject to availability of the online vendor).
