We are thrilled to announce that the Green Corner was officially launched on March 24, 2023, and has since blossomed into a beautiful oasis. Sustainability Efforts
At PGPR, we are committed to fostering sustainable living and reducing our environmental impact. Our journey began with a partnership with the UTown Residences’ Sustainability Committee, where we collaborated on their InfiniUse initiative. This program encourages the reduction of waste by collecting unwanted items, sorting them, and redistributing them to incoming international and exchange students.
Since its inception, InfiniUse has expanded to become a campus-wide initiative. The team behind it has taken on the additional responsibility of collecting unclaimed parcels, repurposing them to prevent unnecessary waste. This effort not only supports our commitment to sustainability but also strengthens our community by encouraging resource-sharing and reducing the need for new items.
