Reporting of Maintenance issues 🛠️
Residents are encouraged to report Maintenance matters via the online Housing Management System at https://uhms.nus.edu.sg, using your NUSNET ID. This will allow for the quickest response to service requests within 3 working days, depending on nature of work request. Residents will be able to check the status of their Maintenance Request through the same portal.
Residents may also approach our staff at PGP Housing Services Office for any Maintenance Request pertaining to the facilities of the accommodation, during office hours.
For emergency or urgent Maintenance matters (e.g. water pipe burst, black out, door battery failure), please call 6601 7878 (choose option “1”). 📞🕒
Do note that residents are responsible for all damages and losses to furniture, fixtures and furnishings, including doors and windows in the apartment / common areas. Should repairs be the result of damage, breakage, or vandalism, all residents residing in the apartment at the point of report will be held collectively accountable, unless the individual resident(s) responsible is (are) found.
Reporting of Cleaning Services 🧹
There are QR codes located at every common space, 📷 please scan them to report any cleanliness concerns. This will allow for the quickest response to service requests within 3 working days, depending on the nature of the work request.
Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and are expected to keep their rooms and common areas in a manner that adheres to university standards of cleanliness and safety.
The Housekeeping staff will only clean the following areas:
- Common toilets and shower rooms
- Common lounges
- Common pantries (excluding used utensils that are left in the sink)
- Corridors and stairwells
- Laundry rooms
