UTR residents and visitors are expected to abide to the housing rules and regulations put in place by the University under the Housing Agreement.
Demerit Points are issued to residents who breach the Housing Agreement. Serious misconduct, egregious or repeated breach(es) may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct and may result in the convening of a Board of Discipline.
