Students staying in UTown Residence (UTR) are grouped into eight neighbourhoods according to the floors they live on. Each neighbourhood is headed by a Resident Fellow and supported by Resident Assistants. They provide pastoral care, after-office hours support and plan community building activities to engage the residents in the neighbourhoods.
