Student Representatives

Can’t make it to GGF 2026 in Singapore? Get your exchange students to represent you!
We understand that there are many considerations when planning international travel. If you are unable to attend GGF 2026 in person, your university could still be represented by your students who are here at NUS on exchange!

If this is something you’d like to arrange, please inform your exchange students to look out for an email from NUS Global at the end of Nov 2025, which will invite them to represent their university at GGF 2026.

Booth Information

Each registered Partner University/NUS Unit/NUS Faculty will be provided one complimentary booth. Details of the booth will be shared closer to the date.

Shipping of Marketing Collateral

For partners who wish to ship marketing collateral to NUS ahead of the event, more details will be provided closer to the date.

Note: In line with our University's sustainability efforts, we encourage all partners to reduce the number of hardcopy materials given out at the fair, and if your institution has digital resources, we suggest preparing QR code(s) to these resources to be displayed at your booth.

Talk Sessions

Due to venue limitations, there are no talk sessions scheduled for GGF 2026.

Meals

Registered partners are invited to a Partners’ Brunch from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.

Note:
In line with our University’ efforts to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainability, we encourage all participants to carry their own water bottles, which may be refilled at water dispensers at the event venue. Please note that packaged water will not be provided during this event.

Accommodation

Park Avenue Rochester is often recommended for NUS visitors due to its proximity to the NUS Kent Ridge campus. It's conveniently situated at Buona Vista, just two MRT (metro) stops away from Kent Ridge MRT station or a short 15-minute bus ride to NUS, making it an easy and accessible option.

Momentus Hotel Alexandra is another alternative located in Queenstown for convenient and comfortable stays close to NUS. Preferential rates for Momentus Hotel Alexandra are available for guests of NUS Global.

  • Distance to NUS (via Taxi): 7.0 km / 11 min

  • Distance to City Centre (City Hall): 5.7 km / 13 min

Transportation

Most places in Singapore are easily accessible by MRT, bus, taxi, or private hire cars like Grab (similar to Uber).

Airport transfers
Airport transfers are not provided for GGF 2026. The Changi Airport transport guide provides useful information on transport options out of the airport.

Taxi
Taxis are available for hire at the taxi stands at the Changi Airport arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes and costs between S$25 and S$50. All fares are metered. For more information, please refer to the Land Transport Authority website.

Private Hire Car
For transport from the airport, you may also book private hire vehicles through mobile apps of operators such as Grab, Gojek, Tada and Ryde. Make a reservation using the mobile apps (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), then proceed to the designated arrival pickup locations.

Other Information

Travelling to Singapore
Please refer to the Immigration Checkpoints Authority website for entry requirements. For information about Singapore and local attractions, please refer to the Visit Singapore website.

Internet Services
Complimentary Wi-Fi/Internet connection is available on campus and in the event hall.

Weather
Singapore is hot, hot, hot, but air-conditioned everywhere. It has a dry season (March to August) and a rainy season (September to February), but really, it rains whenever. On a typical day, the outdoor temperature ranges between 28°C and 32°C. The wind, if any, provides little to no relief.

Because it’s always warm, smart casual attire is the norm.
