China Initiatives Steering Committee (CISC) Funding

As part of NUS’ continuous efforts to encourage undergraduates to have an international experience in China, funding is available to Singaporean/SPR students who are participating in summer research attachments or short-term study programmes (such as international summer/winter programmes) offered by NUS in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau.

Quantum

The CISC funding is valued at S$500 or S$1000 per student depending on the programme cost. The award is meant to help students offset part of the cost incurred for the overseas programme and may not be sufficient to cover the entire cost. Student must consider the location and cost before choosing any overseas programme.
