What is the Eusoff Benefactor Project?
The Eusoff Benefactor Project (EBP) seeks to raise a $2,000,000 endowment for Eusoff Hall through the generosity of Hall alumni and other donors who are keen to support the growth and development of Eusoff. At an estimated 4% yield, this endowment will generate $80,000 each year to provide Eusoff with a perpetual, self-sustaining source of funding to financially support deserving and needy residents as well as student development. 

DONATION TIERS & DONOR RECOGNITION
The Eusoff Benefactor Project offers the following donation tiers:

Silver : S$2,000 - S$4,999
Gold : S$5,000 - S$9,999
Platinum : S$10,000 and above

Gifts of S$2,000 or more will be individually acknowledged on the Eusoff Benefactors Project Recognition Wall at Eusoff Hall. You may choose to either give an outright gift, or make a pledge. Payment options are available for up to 5 years.

What are the benefits of staying in Hall?
We strongly believe that living in Hall enhances a student’s learning journey, making for a more meaningful and memorable university experience. As part of a larger community, students discover turning points in their lives and grow as young adults. 

What is the cost of undergraduate education for a Hall resident?
For one year, the average approximate cost for an undergraduate staying is Hall is $15,000 ($10,000 for tuition expenses + $5,500 for hall fees, inclusive of meal plan). 

How much does Eusoff Hall spend each year on student subsidies?
 Each year Eusoff disburses around $80,000 in financial aid to underprivileged and deserving Hall residents.

Will I enjoy tax exemption on my contribution?
As NUS is an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) in Singapore, all donations will qualify for 250% tax exemption. So for every $1 donated, $2.50 will be deducted from your taxable income. 

Is my gift matched by a matching grant?
Yes! For every endowed gift to Eusoff Hall, NUS will receive a government grant of 1.5x the donation amount. Unless you indicate otherwise, 80% of your gift will go to the Eusoff Endowed Bursary, and 20% to the Eusoff Student Development Fund.
