KEVII Hall is one of four NUS Halls which provide residents with an option of a (photo L-R) Single Room or a Double Room. Single rooms are catered to residents who prefer having their own personal space, while Double rooms are ideal for residents who enjoy the company of a roommate. KEVII Hall has arguably the biggest double rooms amongst the six NUS halls.
Each room is well furnished with the following amenities:
- Large study table with bulletin board and drawers
- Open shelves
- Wardrobe
- Retractable clothes hanger
- Wall-breadth sliding windows with Venetian blinds
- Fan
- Bed frame and mattress
- Mirror
- Wi-fi Internet
Students may request for the usage of a mini-fridge in their rooms at a fee.
Meal plans
Meal plans, as with other NUS Halls of Residences, are compulsory in KEVII Hall, a wide variety of options for residents to choose from. Chinese, Vegetarian and Muslim food options are available daily.
Breakfast is provided from 7.00am to 9.30am daily (except Sundays), with free flow toast and spread available to complement the daily menu. Drinks offered during breakfast include hot coffee, tea, Milo, and soy milk.
Dinner is provided from 5.30pm to 9.00pm daily (except Saturdays). There is a daily special menu (e.g. Western cuisine, Yakitori with rice, Lor Mee) available for residents, in addition to the usual standard menu (free flow rice, one meat, one vegetable, one side dish, and one fruit/dessert). Drinks, soup and a dessert dish is also available.
Lunch is not included in the meal plan.
