Music Room @ R1 (Block 3 Level 3): Audio Alchemy I --> Please be informed the music room will be closed for maintenance works from 20 Dec 2024 to 12 Jan 2025.
Music Room @ R3 (Block 10 Level 2): Audio Alchemy II --> Please be informed that the music room will be officially closed with effect 20 Dec 2024.
Booking Instructions (Effective from 19 Sep 2023)
Step 1: Kindly select your preferred Music Room and access the availability calendar via the provided links above.
Step 2: Once you selected the date and time of booking, proceed to input the required details.
Step 3: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Our PGPR Resident Assistants will reach out to you with additional instructions on the day of booking.
Collection of Keys
Location: There is a mailbox located outside of Audio Alchemy I and Audio Alchemy II
You will receive instructions to open the assigned mailbox and a 4-digit passcode. Inside, you will find the labeled music room key. All instructions will be communicated via a Telegram Channel initiated by our Resident Assistant who will contact you.
Important Note on the Booking & Usage of Music Room
- The music room is accessible from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Bookings are open exclusively to PGP Residents (Blk 1 to 14)
- Please ensure that your booking is made at least 72 hours in advance; same-day bookings will not be accepted.
- The maximum hours of booking for the Music Rooms are 4 hours/week.
- Kindly take responsibility for the musical instruments and equipment within the room, ensuring they are not mishandled.
- No food or drinks are permitted inside the room.
- Please be considerate of other residents by avoiding excessive noise that may disturb others.
- Prior to leaving, clean the room and keep the instruments in good condition.
- Turn off the lights and air-conditioning before exiting the room.
- Personal belongings should not be left in the room unless you've made prior arrangements with the PGP Residence's Residential Life Office (RLO).
- Any personal property found unattended will be handled at the discretion of the PGPR RLO; our office will not assume liability for lost items.
- A fee will be assessed for replacing or repairing any resident-damaged items.
- Residents are required to return the key access cards to the same mailbox immediately after their booked hours. Failure to adhere to this protocol will result in access restrictions to the facilities.
