Resident Assistants (RA) are student leaders with live-in positions at PGP Residence, and are appointed after a rigorous selection process. Our RAs play a pivotal role in strengthening the support network for students residing in the residences, looking after their welfare and enriching their residential experience. Our RAs are housed at various locations within PGP Residence, and provide dedicated support and care to their immediate community, in partnership with Resident Fellows (RFs) and Cluster Leaders (CLs). Their key responsibilities range from community development to housing policy enforcement to peer support on the ground to crisis intervention and more.
