Maintenance, Housing and WiFi matters

1. Reporting of non-urgent Maintenance issues

Residents may report non-urgent or routine Housekeeping or Maintenance matters via the online Housing management system (click here). This will allow for the quickest response to service requests.


2. Reporting of urgent Maintenance issues

For emergency or urgent Maintenance matters (e.g. water pipe burst, black out, door battery failure), please call 6601 7878(choose option “1”).

3. Permit for Personal Fridge and/or Portable Air-con/Cooler

Please submit a permit application request to PGP Housing Services if you wish to use a personal fridge and/or portable air-con in your room by clicking here.

You are strongly advised to only purchase your portable air-con upon approval granted by PGP Housing Services.

Warning: If you do not have an authorized permit for portable air-con, you will be in breach of the HousingAgreement and will be issued with 6 demerit points.


4. WiFi issues
