Whether you are going for an interview, an internship or your first job after graduation, having the right mindset can make a major impact on your pursuit of success in your profession or interest area.
This webinar introduces you to the work of Dr. Carol S. Dweck, a Psychology Professor at Stanford University. In her decades of research, it was revealed that we generally have two types of mindsets – fixed mindset and growth mindset – which impact our success in dealing with challenges we face at work and in our personal lives.
This is an interactive webinar where you get to explore, reflect, discuss, and apply techniques/tools to shift your mindset, enhance your ability to perform and achieve success. Upon successful completion of this webinar, you will be able to:
• Discover the differences between growth and fixed mindset
• Understand why growth mindset is important in your pursuit of success
• Explore your own mindset triggers
• Apply techniques/tools to change your mindsets/beliefs
This webinar is ideal for students who are keen to master a growth mindset to excel during interviews, internships or graduate jobs. This session is delivered by expert trainers from Agilent, a leader in the life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets.
