CFG2101 NUS Vacation Internship Programme offers undergraduate students the opportunity to pursue local or global internships during the summer vacation period and obtain course units. These internships must be of minimum 10 weeks, can be technical, general and/or inter-disciplinary in nature, and need not be related to the students’ major or discipline.
CFG2101 offers students flexibility to integrate an internship into their curricula and the opportunity to pursue an inter-disciplinary or overseas internship.
Through the internship, students gain work experiences, apply what they have learnt in school, acquire new knowledge and skills, and build their professional networks.
After this course, students will:
- Gain experience in the job search process and learn how to tap on various career resources and platforms
- Put their personal branding, interview, resume, and cover letter writing skills into practice
- Apply skills and knowledge learnt in the classrooms to the working world
- Acquire useful work experience, workplace skills and industry knowledge
