Leverage Your Strengths to Ace Interviews and Excel at Work

Have you ever been stumped by the question "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" in a job interview and wondered what they are really looking for? Are you unclear what your strengths are and how you can leverage these to stand out amongst the crowd, in your resume, interviews and in the workplace?

By attending this physical session, you will gain a complimentary assessment to understand your strengths and then participate in a live workshop to understand how to articulate your strengths during interviews and apply your strengths to excel in the workplace.

This session is led by a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who will guide you in a highly interactive and engaging session to interpret their CliftonStrengths® results via facilitated concept sharing and group dialogue. The session will comprise live small group discussions, as well as Q&A segments.

In this session, you will:

  • Understand how the Strengths Based approach creates greater self-awareness, leading to healthier communication and more effective collaboration
  • Gain clarity on how you can use your strengths to achieve peak performance
  • Investigate and identify components of an effective brand statement and be provided with practical handles and a structure to prepare one
  • Understand how to articulate your strengths and weaknesses objectively and with clarity
  • Gain clarity on the kinds of questions you can ask to potential employers to have a better understanding of your fit for the role

Registered participants will receive a code to complete a complimentary CliftonStrengths® assessment prior to the session. During the live session students will receive a personal insights guide to the assessment result, and be guided on how to understand and use their strengths by Coach. Please note that this personal insights guide will only be provided on the day of the workshop.
