Eric Ho
Executive Director, Talent Acquisition Group Lead, DBS Group Human Resources
Eric is the Talent Acquisition Group Lead at DBS Bank with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, wealth management and leadership roles in Retail Banking and High Net worth segment. He currently leads a team of talent acquisition specialists covering Campus Recruitment, Consumer Banking, Private banking and Support Functions of DBS Bank.
Prior to his career switch into human resources, he has held various key leadership positions in renowned financial institutions in both local and foreign banks with Asia Pacific Region exposure. When Eric is not immersed in the world of finance, he enjoys new cuisines, travelling, and engaging in outdoor activities. His well-rounded interests and diverse experiences contribute to his ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds and he is passionate about fostering talent and empowering the next generation of professionals.
Edwin Tan
Deputy Director, Skillsfuture Singapore
Edwin Tan is a Deputy Director with the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency, a statutory board under the Ministry of Education. He leads a team of Jobs-Skills Analysts in developing jobs-skills insights to enable individuals, enterprises, training providers and government agencies to make informed decisions on jobs and skills. Previously with the Ministry of Education, he has experience in policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, project management and skills development. Edwin is an alumnus of Osaka University and Tohoku University in Japan.
Jamie Tan
Senior Associate Director, School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE)
Jamie leads the Corporate Development and Marketing (Lifelong Education & Training) team at SCALE, which focuses on communicating with NUS students and alumni, as well as corporate organisations and the general public, on NUS’ lifelong learning programmes.
Prior to joining NUS, Jamie worked for the Ministry of Education (teaching Theory of Knowledge and Literature), the International Baccalaureate (working with schools in Greater China), UWC Changshu China, and the Singapore Institute of Management. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and is now studying for a Master’s degree in Computing.
Edwinder Singh
Practice Lead, Infrastructure Systems, NCS Group
Edwinder is the Practice Lead at NCS Infrastructure with over 20 years of experience.
He is a specialist in building networks, servers, data centers, cloud platforms and security solutions that form the backbone of organizations.
In addition to his passion for talent development, he also finds joy in reading, writing, traveling, and exploring various culinary delights.
