In this workshop by Business China, you will have the opportunity to learn about internship opportunities in China.
Discover the professional landscape in China and understand what it is like working there. Business China will share about the Singapore-China Youth Interns Exchange Scheme (YES) launched in July 2023. YES is an agreement signed between Singapore and China, led by the Ministry of Education (Singapore) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (PRC). Business China is the implementing agency for YES in Singapore.
The YES Scheme is an opportunity that allows you to intern full-time in China for 6 months with big names such as Trip.com, OCBC China and CapitaLand Investment. The scheme enables 500 eligible youths from both countries to intern in each other’s country for up to 6 months. Youths in Singapore are strongly encouraged to participate in this scheme, to gain valuable experiences working and living in China, develop deeper appreciation of China’s economy and rich culture, and foster new friendships and ties.
