Future Women Leaders Forum 2024

Unlock your career potential at the Young Women’s Leadership Connection’s annual flagship event for female undergraduates and fresh graduates - Future Women Leaders Forum (FWLF) 2024!

Held on 7 February 2024 (Wednesday), the highly anticipated FWLF 2024 focuses on Taking Bold Moves which seeks to bring clarity to young women seeking passion in their careers during changing times. As young females step into the workforce, we hope to create a space for enriching discussions on charting one’s path with purpose, passion and poise together. Through discussions across the speaker segments, we hope to bring comfort in venturing into the unknown for young women in one of the most important transitory periods.

For FWLF 2024, there are three main segments - a keynote address (“Taking Bold Moves to Finding Your Passion”), a panel discussion (“Taking Bold Moves in Navigating Uncertainties”) and a workshop by LinkedIn (“Taking Bold Moves in Personal Development”)

You will get to:

  • Learn from our keynote speaker Ms. Halynne Shi (Product Manager, Spotify) as she shares about her career pursuits
  • Hear more about entrepreneurship from Ms. Maya Kale on her journey of starting Moom Health
  • Listen to Ms. Joe Lee (Strategic Partnership, Asia Pacific, Bloomberg) as she shares the different roles she helmed across various countries
  • Seek greater insight on leadership empowerment from Ms. Monica Bhatia (Head of SEA & Korea, (Enterprise), LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) who co-leads the Women@LinkedIn Employee Resource Group.
  • Be equipped with skills and insights on personal development through a workshop by LinkedIn
  • Hear from Bloomberg on their career opportunities for fresh graduates
