Dear students,

 

Apply to join McKinsey flagship youth leadership program- Young Leaders for Inclusion (YL4I) in Singapore!

 

What is YL4I Singapore: a ~12 week program where teams of young leaders (like yourselves!), together with McKinsey coaches, work with non-profits to drive social impact by solving specific problem statements. The program will be structured in a field-and-forum approach:

  • Fieldwork (weekly): work in sprints within your teams, supported by McKinsey coaches with problem-solving templates
  • Forums (monthly): joint learning sessions and sprint reviews

 

What is the timeline and commitment required: from end-September 2024 to end-January 2025 (including a 4-week EOY break in December), spending a few hours a week on progressing the problem statement
