Especially tailored for new entrants into the workplace, this workshop will delve into the core elements of influencing skills, and how to make a significant impact in workplace interactions. We will explore the psychology behind influencing, understanding how perceptions, emotions, and social dynamics shape our ability to persuade. The session will cover practical techniques for effective communication, including the power of active listening, and the importance of building rapport and trust.

Students will learn strategies to enhance their credibility, establish trust, and navigate conflicts with confidence. Through real-world examples and interactive exercises, participants will gain insights into adapting their approach to different situations and audiences.

By the end of this session, students will be equipped with a toolkit of influencing skills that will empower them to lead, inspire, and create positive change in their communities and future careers.
