Sheryl Chew is a key member of the TTSH-CHI Management Development Office, which creates development programmes to build the pipeline of future healthcare leaders in NHG. Her office plans and organises recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development initiatives for Management Associates (MAs), Management Executives (MEs) and Management Fellows (MFs). This includes planning various Assessment Centres every year. Sheryl has a passion for working with young people and looks forward to bringing out the best qualities in them so that they can excel.
