Kshitij Banerjee is a seasoned engineering leader currently managing and leading a team that drives intelligent, data-driven product experiences at the Trade Desk. As a hiring manager, he has evaluated hundreds of technical candidates, emphasizing problem-solving depth, system design rigor, and effective engineering communication. This gives him unique, firsthand insight into how top tech companies identify and assess talent. Prior to his role at The Trade Desk, Kshitij held managerial positions at Facebook, Shopify, and Visa. He is deeply passionate about mentoring early-career engineers and helping them thrive in their careers.

Senior University Recruiter APAC
April Tang is a highly experienced talent acquisition specialist with nearly a decade of expertise in recruitment. As the sole leader of university recruiting efforts for The Trade Desk in the APAC region (spanning Hong Kong, China, Australia, Singapore, and India), she oversees the localization and execution of university attraction programs, develops university marketing strategies, and manages the internship program. With extensive experience in interviewing tech candidates and coaching them toward workplace success, April brings valuable insights into building and nurturing early-career talent.

Software Engineer
Chow Jia Ying is a software engineer on the Creative Experiences team at The Trade Desk, where she develops features to improve the user experience of managing creatives in digital advertising. Previously, she worked as a software engineer at Indeed and TikTok, gaining expertise in building impactful, user-focused solutions. A graduate of NUS, Jia Ying founded Women in Tech @ NUS Computing, showcasing her commitment to diversity and inclusion in tech. Passionate about mentoring and empowering others, she combines technical excellence with a drive to create meaningful change in the tech community.
