William Phuan
Executive Director, Singapore Book Council
William Phuan is the Executive Director of the Singapore Book Council, a nonprofit dedicated to developing and promoting Singapore literature and multicultural literary arts. He was formerly the director of The Arts House, and Programme Director of the New York Asian American International Film Festival. William has extensive experience working in various sectors, including journalism, arts policy and film curation in both the US and Singapore. William has also lectured part-time on arts management and film.

Cassandra Yeap
Editor, Ethos Books
As an editor at Ethos Books, Cassandra partners authors to bring forth fresh, different and enduring local and regional stories. Recent books she’s edited include “Why Palestine?” and “Ayam Buah Keluak and the Art of Writing”. She considers herself lucky to be able to read for work.

Felicia Low-Jimenez
Publisher
Felicia Low-Jimenez is the Publisher at Difference Engine, an independent comics publisher based in Singapore. She holds an MA in Literary Theory and Asian Studies, with a focus on anime and manga, and has worked in bookselling and publishing for over a decade. She believes that stories have the power to change the world. She is also one half of the writing team behind the best-selling Sherlock Sam series of children’s books and the writer of the young adult fantasy comic, Tiger Girls
