Rishi Persad has built his career in institutional investment and technology across Europe and Asia, and believes that personal finance, investing, and retirement planning — in a world full of global career and investment opportunities — should be deliberate, but can also be fun.
Both in his work and at home with young children, he’s constantly juggling different investment philosophies, risk appetites, and time horizons — and sometimes finds that the trickiest portfolio to manage isn’t necessarily the markets, but life itself.

Jeraldine Phneah
Jeraldine Phneah is a Singaporean who cares deeply about supporting working professionals as they navigate job instability, rising costs of living, technological disruption, and burnout. Over the years, she has shared her reflections through community work and speaking at the Seedly Personal Finance Festival 2025, Future Women Leaders Forum 2022, E27 Echelon Asia Summit 2023, General Assembly and Endowus Wealthtech Conference 2023. Chiam Sheng Shi
Endowus
Sheng Shi is a personal finance enthusiast who believes that anyone should be able to manage their savings with confidence. He was in charge of Endowus financial blog and YouTube channel previously. Currently, he manages all grassroots and policy engagements.
He is a CFA Charterholder and previously covered China Private Equity Funds in CapitaLand.

Lee Shin Yin
Deputy Director, LifeSkills Development, NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates
Shin leads the LifeSkills Development team and oversees the career advisory teams at the School of Computing and the College of Humanities and Sciences. In this role, she leads the design and delivery of a suite of life skills programmes, as well as serves as a Career Advisor in the School of Computing. Prior to joining CFG, Shin was already an active volunteer in CFG programmes including the Global Mentorship Programme, Women’s Professional Development, and CommsLab.
Prior to joining NUS, Shin spent almost 20 years in the banking and finance industry. After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, she started her career with UBS Investment Bank in London. She later joined Pictet Asset Management where she spent 15 years, latterly as Chief Executive Officer of Pictet Asset Management in Singapore. Before joining Pictet, Shin spent a year as the Programme Director of SEO London, a non-profit organisation which serves university students from underrepresented backgrounds.

Mok Jun Qian (Moderator)
LifeSkills Development, NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates
Jun Qian is part of the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates, where she brings her passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that help students grow both personally and professionally. In this role, she designs and delivers programmes that support students in navigating their career paths and building essential life skills.
Before this, Jun Qian was a Management Associate in the NUS Early Career Management Associate Programme, where she gained diverse experience through rotations in the Office of Human Resources, the Centre for Future-ready Graduates, and NUS College.
Jun Qian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
